Cancellation of subscription can be achieve anytime if customer need to stop using our services. To cancel subscription subscriber can simply put an email at support@byvisit.com. Or for quick support we also provide in-app chat support to resolve customer’s any query regards of subscription.
FOR ONLINE SHOP ORDERS :
Cancellation of orders must be done by contact us on phone/email before 24 hours of ordering item. Normally we start process in 24 hours of the order placed. If your order went for the processing or in case of customized card designed your order will not be able to cancel.
Our support team does care of our customer’s service continuity. Our technology team works hard to bring you the better quality of software and experience. Although if our customers are not happy with our services they have chance to get refund in some circumstance.
We will provide you a refund of the subscription if in the event we are unable to continue to provide the services or if the manager of our company makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances (of the Refundable).
FOR ONLINE SHOP ORDERS :
Once you are eligible for cancellation your refund will be processed within 3 working day. No refund will be considered once an order get processed/shipped/delivered. For any defects of the product one can definitly connect us, we will be happy to help our customers.
