Custom NFC Card Delivery Policy

 

Customized NFC Card order will be processed in following steps:

Step 1: Order placed

Place your order for a customized NFC card on our online shop.

Step 2: Order confirmation on payment

Once you have placed your order and made payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.

Step 3: Order processing starts

We will contact you directly to confirm your customization details.

Step 4: Design customization is processed

Once we have all of your customization details, we will begin designing your NFC card.

Step 5: Customized design is confirmed

We will send you a preview of your customized design for your approval.

Step 6: Confirmed design is processed for printing

Once you have approved your design, we will begin printing your NFC card.

Step 7: Printed NFC card is sent for delivery

Your NFC card will be sent for delivery via our third-party delivery partner, Shiprocket.

Step 8: Order is accomplished once delivered

Your order will be considered complete once your NFC card has been delivered to you.

Delivery time

Once your NFC card has been sent for delivery(Refer Step 7), you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Important:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for customized NFC cards.
  • Our delivery partner is Shiprocket.
  • Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
